Mήνυμα των Προέδρων των Regions I και ΙΙ της UIA που υιοθετήθηκε στο 1ο Διεθνές Διεπιστημονικό Συνέδριο “Economy, Society and Climate Change / Τhe impact of mega trends in the Built Environment, Construction Industry and Real Estate”, που πραγματοποιήθηκε στο Ίδρυμα Ευγενίδου 7 – 9 Νοεμβρίου 2018.

“The UIA Region 1 and 2 Presidents meeting endorsed the following proposals 1.UIA President Thomas Vonier proposal that -every building has to have an Architect- in combination with the proposal of Nikos Fintikakis UIA Vice President – Not to the overlapping of Professional rights by keeping the exclusivity of the role of Architects for the protection of the built environment of public interest 2.firmly maintain that the architects’ area of specialization should be distinguished regarding assignations to teach art-related subjects in General Education as well as Technical / Professional Secondary Schools. It is also accepted the relevance of Architecture as an academic discipline to these subjects.”
